Grooming Gang Statistics

This is a collection for information on the known statistics, and the problems caused by there being such a dearth of statistics. When the agencies have known about this problem since the early 1990s only they are to blame for the near total absence of statistics.
Rotherham sex abuse trial: Three men and two women found guilty of sexually exploiting teenage girls
The 2010 trial in Rotherham did not even receive national reporting. Lawyer in Rotherham says that he knew names of only 100 victims (out of 1400 known victims). Police in South Yorkshire now looking at 300 potential suspects and other prosecutions in the area will come to trial. There are 60 officers now working in CSE.

Rotherham child sexual abuse victims to take police to court
After getting away with inaction for decades, the police seem prepared to make the public see them as actively concealing information. What is the point of Freedom of Information laws if public officials can simply refuse to provide information? Note Prof. Jay calls for education? The video made to warn about Muslim grooming gangs has never been shown. And Jay says abuse has gone online. But since CEOP was setup 10 years ago, online abuse has been their principal concern.
Asian ‘sex gangs’ and statistical limitations
From 13 Jan 2011. Key point: "Do these statistics genuinely support Straw’s line of argument – superficially, perhaps, but only superficially as there really is too little detail to draw any definite conclusions from the available evidence. That said, they don’t negate his argument either, so we’re really in no position to judge the merits of Straw’s point on the basis of any of these statistics." The author links to a previous post by him on this subject, which he appears to have deleted. I have made a copy of the post and will provide a link to an archived copy too.
A Family of Perpetrators: A Distinctive Feature of the Grooming Gang Scandal
One of the most distinctive characteristics of the grooming gang phenomenon in England, is the number of family members involved in the seduction, pimping and rape of the schoolgirl victims. I know of no attempt to map these connections, so here is my first attempt to provide this kind of analysis.
Mapping the Grooming Gangs in England
One of the few options open to those who do not work in the childcare industry, is to document and map convictions for the sexual abuse of women and schoolgirls, to see where this might overlap with the Muslim grooming gang phenomenon, a phenomenon concealed by the childcare industry.
Top cop warns 600,000 children may have been victims of child sex gangs MASS child sex abuse in one town is just the tip of the iceberg, a top police officer warned last night.
Another report on the Association of Chief Police Officers saying that there are tens of thousands of victims a year. It implies that "only" 10% of these are grooming gangs, and that the total number of victims for that crime may be 60,000. Given that Rotherham has 1/250th of the UK population, and a below average number of Muslims, the total for grooming gang victims could be as high as 350,000.
Let's Focus on Rotherham, so we can Ignore Small Towns in the North East of England
This is probably going to turn out to be the largest grooming gang trial in England since these began in 1997. The north-east of England was not even on the map of grooming gangs in England until Dec 2013, some 25 years after these gangs were first identified in the West Midlands. Operation Sanctuary was not even mentioned by the media until June 2013. It is interesting how Northumbria Police enlisted the public's support to provide information on this gang's activities. It seems likely that in areas with a greater concentration of Muslims (West Midlands, Lancashire, West Yorkshire) such a campaign aimed at the divided communities would not even have been conscionable, let alone successful.

Table showing total number of those jailed in England for grooming gang offences. Muslims are approximately 5% of the UK population, but they are over 90% of those convicted for grooming gang crimes. Here you can see not only the ages of the men, but also the towns with which their crimes were associated. When one considers that logically there must be in excess of 100,000 victims, the convictions below are the tip of a massive iceberg. Convictions are grouped by date of trial conclusion, then by town, then by surname. Norfolk's pivotal article (2011) had around 50 convictions and this enabled a revolution in how the media responded to this phenomenon. Below there are now over 200 convictions. Use the "Search" box to filter the data in this table to slice up this data by town, surname, etc. The name "Mohammed" has been rendered in a bold font.

So years after a town is named and shamed, the same old problems are manifesting themselves. And when Anne Marie Waters sent Freedom of Information requests out to the various bodies, they mostly came back implying that no data was being aggregated, despite this being the main critique of the organisations tasked 4 years earlier of collecting such aggregated data.

Rochdale grooming: Abusers 'not fazed' by convictions, says victim
Nothing has changed. These features were all highlighted in Easy Meat (2014). Culturally, morally the gangs think they are doing nothing wrong (their Islamic values are reinforced by the UK's hostility/racism to the "trash" of the white working-class). The gangs know that most of them will escape jail - the media's cover-up of the historical convictions fosters the gangs' confidence. And still we see the victims being told that their cases cannot be prosecuted. Note at the end, that every year there are now 3000 to 5000 reports to this one police force. Their patch is 5% of UK population. So there could be around 80,000 reports per year nationally.
Grooming Gangs Jailed vs National Cover-Up
Below is my record of these gangs as they are convicted (indicating which of the rapists have Muslim names, and highlighting those named after the founder of Islam). Since there is no record of these convictions tabulated by the agencies of the state nor the controlled media, it is clear that neither have any interest in this data being known to the public. Interspersed with the conviction details are significant events which the state and the controlled media wish to keep from the public
